Singer Mariah Carey’s home has been broken into, reports Page Six. According to the magazine, burglars broke into Carey’s Atlanta home while the star was vacationing in Italy and the Hamptons in July.
According to the newspaper, the police have confirmed the burglary and said that the investigation is still ongoing. It is not yet known what was stolen from the home.
The over five million dollar home has been purchased in November 2021. The home has nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a playground.
According to Page Six, Carey spent July on vacation with her boyfriend By Bryan Tanaka and his twins Monroe’s and Moroccan with.
The singer posted plenty of shots from her trip on her Instagram account, possibly revealing to the thieves that the house is empty in the meantime.
Carey rose to stardom in the early 1990s with a song from her debut album Vision of Love.
In her career, Carey has won five Grammys, has had 19 number one hits on the Billboard charts, and her albums have sold more than 200 million internationally.
