December 19 – 12.58pm – MILAN

Marcus Thuram has decided to settle in the heart of Milan and has not chosen a home by chance: the Inter striker has moved to the attic which for years it was the love nest between Chiara Ferragni and Fedez. Located on the eleventh floor of the prestigious City Life complex designed by Zaha Hadid, this luxury apartment welcomed the Ferragnez from 2018 to 2023, becoming the setting for many iconic moments shared with millions of fans. Now, with Thuram’s move, the attic shines in a new light and appears completely changed.

how much does it cost to live in the Ferragnez penthouse

The amount needed to purchase this exclusive residence? Marcus Thuram spends well 35 thousand euros per month to be able to enjoy this real estate jewel. A not exactly popular price, which had left the apartment vacant for months despite its enormously valuable features. Nothing that the Nerazzurri player, thanks to his sporting success, cannot afford; and in fact he jumped at the opportunity to move into one of the most iconic buildings in Milan.

Dream penthouse for Marcus Thuram

With 477 square meters walkable, the penthouse offers large, modern and luxurious spaces. It is accessed via a private lift and the interior is composed of four bedrooms, four bathroomsa elegant living room and one equipped kitchen to perfection. All with tailor-made finishes that enhance the fluid design of the building. The real gem? The sumptuous 100 square meter terrace which offers a spectacular view of the Milanese skyline.

A radical transformation

Before setting foot in the apartment, Marcus Thuram has customized the attic to adapt it to his tastes and passions. On his Instagram profile he showed some images of the house, revealing significant changes. The mezzanine area, once dedicated to Fedez’s collection of gadgets, has been transformed into an exhibition of sports shoes. The large living room with parquet, which in the past housed the enormous Christmas tree and the Ferragnez dinner table, is now a mini basketball court for a game with friends. A new life, therefore, for a house that now reflects a completely different soul.
