According to Bram Moszkowicz, Marco Borsato asked the court of Utrecht to come in through the back entrance, but according to Evert Santegoeds that is not going to happen. “It stays closed.”
It was a lot of scared for Ali B and Thijs Römer: the enormous amount of media that came to their lawsuits. They had to struggle through an entire hedge journalists and that caused a lot of discomfort, especially with Thijs. Marco Borsato doesn’t feel like it at all, but for him the same threatens on Tuesday 28 October.
Back door
Bram Moszkowicz has understood that Marco asked the court in Utrecht to enter through the back entrance. “I think he has asked him to come in through a different entrance. I have heard that, but I don’t know if that is true. I have a reasonably reliable source.”
According to private boss Evert Santegoeds, the singer can write that on his stomach. “In principle, he just goes through the front entrance. That is the intention,” he says in the podcast Strictly private.
Special treatment
The court wants to radiate neutrality, says Evert. “The lawyers can ask for a special treatment, but with that the tone is set a bit and the court would give the impression that Marco will indeed receive special treatment and that is all they want to prevent.”
He continues: “The chance is that he will have to go in through the hedge of photographers and camera teams. It does happen that people go through the back door, Holleeder for example, but that had to do with safety and so on and that plays less here. I just think he should be about that square just like Thijs Römer and Ali B.”
“What does it matter?”
Colleague Jordi Versteegden does not understand what Marco is so concerned about. “I was wondering: what does it really matter? Because Marco can also just walk forward sympathetically, say” guys, I’m going to tell my story in court. “
Evert: “A lot goes through him that day. He is used to cameras on the left and right, but then there was a red carpet and that is a bit different than what will happen now. It is a very painful story that he will really see against.”
‘Leontine is there’
Evert himself thinks that Marco will be accompanied by his family. “I also suspect that they will be there in Utrecht. That is not yet promised, but I do think that they want to radiate that. For the image it would be very good if they make it clear that they are separated, but still operate as a family.”
Jordi: “I will see them soon as one family walk forward in Utrecht.”
Finally, Evert: “Yes, that’s a tough job for everyone, but maybe that’s good the first day.”
