Marc-Marie Huijbregts angrily walked away from Gert Verhulst’s studio because the presenter asked him a question about Today Inside in his talk show. “He is really very angry,” said the Flemish.
It has been a sore point for Marc-Marie Huijbregts for years: the way he is mocked in Today Inside. The comedian, invariably referred to as ‘pie chick’ in VI, prefers not to talk about it at all, because he is afraid that it will only make things worse. However, the Flemish talk show host Gert Verhulst does not cooperate in this.
Big fan?
Gert confronts Marc-Marie in the Flemish talk show Gert’s Table with the program he hates so much. “Marc-Marie, you are undoubtedly a loyal viewer of Today Inside and a big fan too.”
Marc-Marie responds very seriously. “No, I will be very honest: I have never watched an episode, because it is simply not my target group.”
