Coucke, from Merelbeke, has just announced that he also took over the well -known ice cream parlor Glacier de la Poste, that he wants to expand into a real ice cream parlor chain. The West-Flemish businessman is now firmly anchored on the coast with interests in, among other things, the renowned Hotel La Réserve in Knokke, the Zoute Grand Prix and the white horse hotel in Blankenberge.
All coastal activities are bundled in a new company: ‘Zoutecoucke’.
