Månesk also performed his new song Supermodel during the voting finals. At the end of the performance, the soloist Damiano David he held on to his right thigh and grimaced in clear pain.
Damiano had apparently hurt his right leg even before the performance, and the pain was severe on stage in front of his eyes. On social media, Damiano’s condition was a cause for concern.

Damiano himself did not comment a word on his suffering on stage. Instead, he sculpted humor over the uproar that followed visas last year.

Måneskin also got caught in the middle of a rumor mill last year when soloist Damiano was rumored to have sniffed cocaine in the live broadcast of the finals. In the situation seen in the broadcast, Damiano had bent over the table in the back room, after which speculation began on social media.
The situation eventually progressed to the point where Damiano went for a voluntary drug test that was revealed to be negative.
