The police were warned on Friday night that a motorist had parked his car in the middle of Brandestraat in Made. The lighting of the car was out.
When he arrived, a cop did indeed stand the car on the road. “It was completely dark at that time, so the car didn’t stand out at all.” The driver had left the car door open.
‘The driver has just moved the car’
A short time thereafter the driver came back. The agent took into account that he had drunk way too much, but he turned out to have no punishable amount of alcohol behind.
“The driver has just moved the car.”
