In the video, a man wearing a white scarf walks towards five black wolves. He turns and walks away, but the wolves rush towards him. Instead of reacting shocked, he seems to challenge the animals. As the wolves approach, he walks towards them again and waves his arms. In the distance you hear a woman shouting: „Hey! Hey! Stay the hell away from them!” The cameraman calls him a “dumbass.”
When the wolves approach, the man picks up a large aerosol can containing, according to the filmmaker, “bear spray”, intended to deter attacking animals. The wolves, however, don’t seem impressed. The man retreats and disappears from view with the pack, down the slope.

Only their black tails are visible for a while, while onlookers wonder if the worst is happening just outside their field of view. “Hopefully they don’t get him. Or should I not say that out loud?” says someone. “He is in mortal danger,” says another.
A little later the wolves retreat. The man reappears and, according to witnesses, acts strangely, leading to speculation that he was under the influence. He seems to have escaped unscathed.
Previous Attacks Yellowstone
Yellowstone National Park is located mainly in the US state of Wyoming, with smaller parts in Montana and Idaho. With an area of 8,983 square kilometers, it is one of the largest national parks in the United States.
More wolves, more biting incidents, more dead cattle: it happens almost every day in Barneveld
In Yellowstone, visitors are not allowed to get closer than 100 yards to wildlife, especially predators such as wolves, bears and mountain lions. Although wolf attacks are rare, serious incidents involving other wildlife occur regularly. For example, this year two tourists were fatally gored by bison, and last year a bear was killed after a 3-year-old child was attacked.
