A man of 80 from Breda was sentenced on Friday to the maximum community service of 240 hours. The court in The Hague finds that he has encouraged a 32-year-old woman from Bodegraven to suicide. Hans D. also received a conditional prison sentence of twelve months. The Public Prosecution Service had demanded fourteen months in prison against the suspect, of which seven months are conditional.
