A 55-year-old man was seriously assaulted on Friday evening at the Diezekade in Den Bosch. This happened during the music event De Nacht van Brabant Live, a large music event with mainly Dutch-language music that attracted around fifteen thousand visitors.
Around half past twelve, half an hour before the end of the event, the police received a report of a fight at the Brabanthallen. A man was seriously injured. Because The Night of Brabant Live was busy, the police assume that many people saw something.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. The police are calling on witnesses to the assault to come forward.
