Six months ago I wrote in this Vizier about the power outage that shut down The Hague for a few hours. It was also an intense three hours for me, during which I was completely distraught by the lack of coverage. I couldn’t look anything up, I was inaccessible and – above all – I had no control over what was going on. As a journalist, and therefore naturally curious, an absolute disaster.
