The council chamber of the court has provisionally released a 32-year-old man from the municipality of Westerkwartier on Wednesday. The man remains a suspect of blocking the A7 at Frieschepalen on July 28 and Marum on August 1, reports the Public Prosecution Service.
A 28-year-old woman from the municipality of Achtkarspelen will remain in pre-trial detention for 90 days longer. She is suspected of provoking a blockade of the A7 on July 28. That is a violation of the Environmental Management and Arson Act.
