A major fire broke out in a house and shed on Broekdijk in Hulten on Wednesday morning around five o’clock. The entire building was completely engulfed in flames when the fire brigade arrived.
As far as we know, there were no residents in the house when the fire broke out. The police have cordoned off the street. Plumes of smoke can be seen from far away.
A large drug lab was found in the shed near the house three years ago. After a raid, four suspects were arrested and the site was closed for a year in January 2024.
