The former partner of television producer Josep Maria Mainat, Angela Dobrowolskihas not appeared for the court summons he had this Friday for allegedly not respecting the restraining order he has from Mainat by sending him WhatsApp messages and emails.
His lawyer, Juan Carlos Galbanhas explained in statements to journalists that Dobrowolski has not attended because he had an anxiety crisis, although “he has not given time” to deliver a medical report to the judge that confirmed it.
For this reason, he has said that the judge has left a margin of three days –until Monday– for Dobrowolski’s defense to present the medical report to justify his absence this Friday.
If he does not present it, the lawyer believes that the judge “surely he will order the arrest” of Dobrowolski for not appearing.
“I hope to have medical report this afternoon and on Monday morning it will be presented”, added Galbán.
