A judge in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul has ordered the arrest of a man who is suspected of being ‘the brain’ behind the thwarted attack at the Lady Gaga concert in Rio de Janeiro. The man had previously been arrested for involvement in the plan, but released for bail.
