Almost his entire upper body is now black – except for the outline of a cross.
It probably doesn’t surprise anyone anymore that Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker) is a big fan of tattoos. He now has tattoos almost all over his body. The musician didn’t seem to like some of them anymore, so he replaced them with a huge, so-called black-out. Much of his chest and arms are now completely black.
Hardly any of the old designs can be seen
On Instagram Megan Fox’s fiancé presents his new body art and writes that he would have taken this step “only for spiritual purposes”. The picture shows Machine Gun Kelly shirtless without his usual colorful tattoos. These are now almost completely covered by black ink from his wrists and arms to his neck and under his chest. He only left a few stripes on his forearms and upper arms and a large cross on his upper body, where his old designs still shine through.

The black-out is the work of the American tattoo artist Roxx, who specializes in such work. He also shares a photo of the result and, despite his expertise, is impressed by MGK’s tattoo: “Art made with @machinegunkelly. “Never met a tougher guy,” he wrote in his post. The rapper comments: “Thank you for the joy and the pain.”

Love gets under your skin?
Tattoos are something that Machine Gun Kelly also has in common with his partner, the actress Megan Fox – in 2022, the two even had a voodoo doll engraved on their fingers as a couple tattoo. It is also suspected that she had an inscription engraved under her collarbone for her loved one. There you read “el pistolero”, which means “Gunman” in English and could be an allusion to his stage name.
