After CIRCLES the next posthumously released LP
In November 2024, the release of the new record was first teased at Tyler, the Creators Festival Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival. Shortly afterwards, the Mac Miller estate officially announced via Instagram that a second work will be released posthumously in 2025, following CIRCLES, which was released in 2020: “We believe that the project demonstrates both the range of his musical talent and his fearlessness as an artist “, says the estate.
Unofficial versions of the album have been circulating on the internet for years – so some of the songs should already be familiar to fans. For example, “Funny Papers,” “Do You Have a Destination?” and “Tomorrow Will Never Know” are fan favorites, while “Shangri-La” and “Rick’s Piano” should be among the work’s unheard surprises.
Along with the tracklist it was announced that the first single “5 Dollar Pony Rides” will be released on January 9th. In this country probably around 6 p.m.
