Lukashenka gave Putin a basket of sausages and a set of glasses – RBK

During his visit to St. Petersburg, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko presented a basket of groceries and a set of glasses to President of Russia Vladimir Putin. About it reported Telegram channel “Pool of the First”, which is close to the Belarusian president.

“As always, a basket of delicious Belarusian: sausages, cheeses. And also a set of glasses, ”the channel’s publication says. In the photo, in particular, there is mascarpone cheese from the Belarusian manufacturer Bonfesto. The importation of mascarpone cheese into Russia from Western Europe was banned in retaliation for the sanctions.

During Lukashenko’s visit to Russia, the presidents discussed the integration processes between the two countries in the field of taxation, finance and customs legislation. Putin said that Moscow and Minsk had made “a significant step forward,” and Lukashenko asked him not to stop cooperation in the military sphere, in particular – holding joint military exercises and creating training centers for military equipment sold to Belarus. The Russian president has assured that the next joint military exercises will take place in February or March next year.

Negotiations between Putin and Lukashenko in St. Petersburg lasted about three hours

Putin and Lukashenko also took part in a friendly hockey match that took place in the ice palace of the Manezh children’s and youth sports school in Strelna. It ended with a score of 18: 7 in favor of the team of the Russian president, who opened the scoring by scoring the first goal in the third minute of the meeting, in total during the match he scored seven goals. Lukashenka scored two goals, four more on account of his son Nikolai. In addition to the presidents, the game was attended, in particular, by hockey players Pavel Bure, Valery Kamensky, Vyacheslav Fetisov and Alexey Katasonov.
