Corentin Tolisso’s contract with FC Bayern expires in about two weeks, the French world champion has to look for a new club. But anyone who thinks that the 27-year-old has to look down after five rather mixed years may be wrong. Because apparently an absolute top team is targeting Tolisso.
After Corentin Tolisso’s working paper was not renewed, the FC Bayern midfielder is looking for a new club. Most recently, the Frenchman was closely associated with a return to his former club Olympique Lyon, from which he was brought to Munich in 2017 for 41.5 million euros.
But it looks like there is a completely different caliber involved in poker for the free national player. According to information from the Spanish portal “fichajes.net”, Real Madrid are targeting Tolisso.
Carlo Ancelotti, the Royal coach, is considered a big fan of the Frenchman, who can work numerous midfield positions. After all, it was Ancelotti who brought Tolisso to Bayern Munich.

The later world champion was considered the Italian’s dream player. However, around three months after Tolisso’s commitment, Ancelotti was released by the German record champions.

Meanwhile, Ancelotti and Co. have identified Lyon, which has already been traded, as their worst competitor. After all, a return to the old place of work should be attractive for Tolisso, who repeatedly struggled with injuries in Munich and therefore rarely found a permanent place in the team. However, the 27-year-old would prefer to play for a Champions League club. However, the Ligue 1 club does not offer him this option.
