In recent years, with the European Championships in Germany, it has been felt that Germany is competitive again there. When we lost against Spain in the quarter-finals and that was of course a game at a high level and that showed that players like us, for example. Or like Fiala or like Havertz when he is fit. They are unpredictable on offense and can decide games. We may have missed that a bit in previous years. But we have clearly become better in terms of play than we were three or four years ago. This is important at an international level. What is missing? A little bit. The last two years have been consistency and stability. If we sometimes have different results some games we were better but somehow don’t make it to play. Sometimes we concede a goal, see Switzerland or Ghana. Finally, there is a lack of stability. If we achieve that, we will definitely be competitive.
