Lotta Harala said in a special episode of Timeout podcast why the run did not run at the Paavo Nurmi Games.
Lotta Harala Clocked Tuesday at 13.05 and stayed in the first round at Paavo Nurmi.

Harala pulled one of the best fence training last Friday, so the expectations for the race were high, but in the end, the pancake was not a big surprise after a more accurate analysis.

According to the woman, the warm-up still went well, but when the energy levels were not stubborn, it was difficult for her to get 100 % charging for the race.

All of Harala’s record runs have hit times when, according to the Solly ring, the alert has returned well from stress.

Before Paavo Nurmi Games, Harala’s stress levels were really high.

A quick brain assures that he is in top condition. The problem is just that he has not been able to seize his entire potential in the early part of the season.

The Turku race was only the second season for the woman. The main start of the summer is at the Tokyo World Cup, which will not be held until mid-September.
