LOOK. Unique and dangerous: tourists see up close how an iceberg breaks and plunges into the sea

Some tourists experience an incredible moment when they sail along the coast of Spitsbergen, a Norwegian archipelago. Up close, they see how an iceberg breaks and rolls into the water. That’s what icebergs do when they break away from their “mother glacier.” The phenomenon can have dangerous consequences. Due to the weight of the iceberg, rolling over can cause choppy waters, and in extreme cases even tsunamis. Fortunately, that was not the case now, so the occupants of the boat were very lucky to be able to experience the spectacle from so close and without too many risks.
