LOOK. LA residents intercept man with some kind of flamethrower shortly after Kenneth fire started

Residents of Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon tackled a cycling man who was driving around with a kind of flamethrower. It allegedly involved a homeless man who was setting fire to old Christmas trees and trash in Woodland Hills. The police are investigating whether he has anything to do with the huge wildfires that are ravaging the region.
