Airport plunges travelers into great uncertainty

For the time being, Schiphol plunges the Dutch holidaymaker into a period of uncertainty. The airport will not be able to facilitate an average of about 13,500 travelers per day next summer, and airlines must determine who is rebooked, moved or simply cannot travel. Schiphol has not been able to attract additional staff. That still means long lines, admits the top of the airport. Meanwhile, war has broken out over who will bear the costs of the chaos.
