It is a real attraction on the Brink in the center of Baarn: long-eared owls that have made a chestnut tree their so-called ‘roosting place’. “Remarkable, I had never seen a long-eared owl in the wild and here there are seven of them,” says an experienced bird watcher, a camera with a gigantic telephoto lens at the ready.
