Are you afraid of loneliness?
Loneliness has a bad press, socially it is related to abandonment, scarcity, heartbreak and emptiness.
What if I tell you that it is an opportunity? It is because there are internal places that can only be reached in solitude, because they imply silence, being connected through our breathing, our senses and, above all, calm. It is a unique place, because we learn to accompany each other when everyone leaves. It is as important as studying and working. It is an opportunity to know who we are and, above all, what we wantwhich is our purpose. Because from that place we begin to build. Because recognizing yourself is your first act of love.
Why do you always think you attract the same style of people?
You are not a magnet that attracts people and sticks to you, in reality you are choosing from an internal place. What we do not work on inside ourselves we repeat unconsciously.
So, imagine being able to roll your eyes and start looking inward and think, from what place are you choosing? from your fear of being alone? or not be chosen by anyone else? Or, on the contrary, from your real conviction? From free love?
If you do not take the time in solitude to do this internal look, you can continue unconsciously repeating the same patterns of choices, based on fear or unrecognized shortcomings.
How can you know yourself?
We are what we do every day. To achieve self-knowledge it is important to pay attention and awareness to each behavior, each thought, each feeling that we do every day. Each action speaks about what we are prioritizing and looking at with greater attention.
We have to be aware of what our objective is each day, because a day is a life in miniature.

How can you learn to be “present”?
Being present is connecting with the here and now, it is through our senses as the mind navigates between the past and the future.
Learning to be present in oneself is through breathing, it is the “art of staying.” It is not just a mental practice, it is an act of self-love, it is staying in what I feel without running away or distracting myself. It is listening to what the body screams when the soul is silent and how the body can be an ally to reconnect with what hurts us.
Emotional disconnection is living without inhabiting oneself and that will have negative consequences. And remember that “Your body does not betray you: it translates you.”
Your task is to “heal yourself.”
Now ask yourself, what do I have to heal today?
Healing is not forgetting, it is stopping fighting with what has already happened. In your heart: inhabit your own company, it is your task to always heal the relationship with you, to be in contact with you to understand your need and above all to preserve yourself, that is self-love and care.
It’s not about forgetting, it’s about looking at yourself lovingly…there it hurt and here it’s healthy.
It is recognizing life itself…there are things that are part of life
Healing is not about forgetting the past, it is about inhabiting the present again. It is a daily practice of small pauses, breaths, moments of silence, contact with nature.
