In Poperinge the Weeuwhof will be transformed into a residential project with nine tiny houses, five starter homes and one family home — good for about thirty residents. In Izegem the monastery and the Pélichy school will be given a new purpose as a cohousing project with twenty private homes.
Also in Kortrijk the parsonage of Sint-Laurentius is given a second life as a single-family home. In De Haan Villa Beau Site and Le Macquis are being furnished as a kangaroo house, and in Bruges the former doctor’s home Hof Sebrechts is being transformed into three residential units. The old private clinic and the coach house on the same domain will soon provide room for seven families.
