Things are simply not going well for the “Reds” at the moment. There are technical problems with the plane before the away game in Frankfurt. This messes up the schedule.
The series of bankruptcies, bad luck and mishaps at Liverpool FC continues before the third group match day in the Champions League. It’s not just the recent series of four defeats that are putting a strain on coach Arne Slot’s team – there are also complications off the pitch.
The English champions’ team was due to appear in Frankfurt for the obligatory press conference on Tuesday evening. However, due to technical problems with the aircraft, the team’s arrival was delayed, so the appointment had to be canceled at short notice. This also meant that the planned appearance of coach Slot and midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai, who moved from RB Leipzig to Liverpool in 2023, was canceled.
After the process was disrupted by the breakdown, Liverpool now has to quickly reorganize itself. The away game at Eintracht Frankfurt is on the program on Wednesday evening (from 9 p.m. in the t-online live ticker).
