Liverpool FC and Jürgen Klopp remain unbeaten in the Premier League. Despite a weak first half, the Reds won 3-1 (0-1) at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday and took their fourth win in a row. Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, who has recently been repeatedly linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, was involved in all three goals.
The first half belongs to the hosts. Hee-chan Hwang gave the “Wolves” the lead after seven minutes. Klopp must have found clear words in the dressing room because his team returned significantly improved. Cody Gakpo directed a shot from Salah over the line to make it 1-1 (55th). Andy Robertson turned the game around in the 85th minute after a pass from Salah. Hugo Bueno deflected a shot from Harvey Elliott into his own goal in stoppage time to make the final score 3-1 (90+1). Salah had once again provided the template.
