The American stock markets popped up on Wednesday after President Donald Trump has announced a postponement for his reciprocal rates. The broad S&P 500 made the biggest profit since 2008 and shot 9.5% in the Plus. For Europe, the announcement was late. The European stock exchanges closed with substantial losses earlier in the day. The AEX finished 3.3% lower at 796.45 points.
