Substitute Pusch keeps his foot on the outside line and is warned.

74

20:31

Bakalorz takes a brutal shot from 16 yards, but his shot is blocked by an SVE player. In return, the Saarlanders start the counterattack. But the people of Duisburg stop it.

71

20:29

Nice save from Müller! Jacobsen has plenty of space in the second row and shoots from a central position. The Duisburg goalkeeper stretches out and scrapes the ball out of the left corner.

69

20:27

Woltemade gets a free kick near the right corner of the penalty area. Jacobsen circles the ball over the wall, but also a good meter over the goal.

Benjamin Girth

Tooor for MSV Duisburg, 2: 2 by Benjamin Girth

The joker stings! Pusch plays the ball out to the right to Ajani. He has plenty of space and finds the scorer with his cross in the middle. Girth tackles the ball at the near post into the goal and beats keeper Kristof!

61

20:18

Elversberg looks well organized in the second half. MSV plays a lot of cross passes and we hear the first whistles from the Duisburg fans. There is currently little movement and creativity in the game of the blue and white.

58

20:16

Uncertainty from keeper Müller! After a free-kick cross from the right, the goalkeeper misses and is lucky that Elversberg cannot take the chance. The referee whistles the situation at the end because he wants to have seen a foul.

56

20:14

The hosts have problems building up the game in this phase. Elversberg runs high and puts pressure on the zebra defenders. They don’t seem very sure of the ball and find it difficult to cover the pressing line.

54

20:12

Again it is Ajani who comes too late against Woltemade in midfield. The striker goes down again, but the preloaded MSV player is only warned.

51.

20:08

Marvin Ajani

The midfielder fouls Woltemade in his own half and commits a tactical foul. He sees a yellow card for that.

Kick-off 2nd half

19:51

Mid-term conclusion:
After an entertaining and balanced first half, SV Elversberg went into the cabin with a 2-1 lead. The home side showed a courageous early phase and played quickly forward again and again. After almost a quarter of an hour, however, it was the guests who took the lead through Woltemade and then controlled the game. The zebras were lucky that SVE didn’t get a hand penalty and scored the equalizer in a counterattack by Kölle. But the leaders came back and took the lead again through Woltemade for the second time. A fast-paced and intense game that makes you want to play the second half.

45+3

19:47

End of 1st half

45+1

19:45

Official injury time (minutes): 2

45

19:44

Now the zebras are building up pressure again. Torsten Ziegner’s team wants to equalize again before the break and settles in the top third.

42

19:42

Great tackle from Neubauer! The left-back rushes up and hits the ball in the left half-field from the opponent’s foot into the side.

39

19:38

Nick Woltemade

Tooor for SV 07 Elversberg, 1:2 by Nick Woltemade

Woltemade puts together the double pack – and how! The striker first tries a shot from the inside right, but it’s blocked. The ball flies through the air in a high arc and the native of Bremen immediately follows up. He heads the ball from an acute angle and about nine meters past Müller against the left inner post. inside!

38

19:38

Laurin von Piechowski

Substitution at SV 07 Elversberg: Laurin von Piechowski

38

19:38

Carlo Sickinger

Substitution at SV 07 Elversberg: Carlo Sickinger

37

19:37

Woltemade is fouled a good 25 meters in front of the Duisburg penalty area and is awarded a free kick.

34

19:35

This does not look good. After a cross from the right, a Duisburger Sickinger falls on the foot from behind. It’s buckling and needs to be replaced.

31

19:31

Nicholas Koelle

Tooor for MSV Duisburg, 1:1 by Niklas Kölle

The MSV equalizes! After a blocked long-range shot, Elversberg did not get the situation cleared up and ultimately the goalscorer came to an end after a pass from Jander eight meters half-left in front of the goal. He shoots the ball into the right corner and equalizes!

31

19:31

Protests in the Duisburg penalty area! After a corner kick, Ajani gets the ball on his arm, which is stretched far from his body. The referee has to point to the point.

29

19:28

And that is dangerous! Koffi heads the ball in at the far post to Woltemade in the middle. Four meters in front of the goal, he can’t really get it under control and the 07ers miss the chance to make it 2-0.

28

19:27

Feil plays a fine ball down Fellhauer’s path. He marches through to the goal line and plays it flat in the middle. The ball is blocked to the corner.

27

19:26

Meanwhile, the team in the black jerseys have more of the game. SV Elversberg has more control of the game than at the beginning of the game and wants to make it 2-0.

24

19:25

Woltemade sees Fellhauer in the penalty area on the right and wants to play the ball diagonally across. The pass fails and there is a kick for the MSV.

21

19:21

Again Hettwer is served with a long ball from his own half. He takes him with him in the penalty area, but then fails free to SVE keeper Kristof. But then the assistant’s flag goes up anyway – offside.

18

19:18

Post! Neubauer has a lot of space half-left 15 meters in front of the goal and is aiming for the left corner. Keeper Müller takes a long time, but ultimately it is the post that saves the zebras.

16

19:15

The guest leadership was not really to be expected after the initial phase. Duisburg shows a brave performance up to this point and had more of the game. A textbook attack puts the 07s in front.

13.

19:13

Nick Woltemade

Tooor for SV 07 Elversberg, 0:1 by Nick Woltemade

The leader of the table takes the lead! After winning the ball in his own half, the goalscorer drives the ball a few meters through midfield and then lays it out on the right to Koffi. He marches down the flank and finds the 21-year-old with a cross at the near post. Woltemade heads the ball into the far corner!

10

19:11

Jander from a distance! The 20-year-old plucks up heart a good twenty meters from the Elversberg goal and pulls away. But the shot is too unplaced and Kristof can catch the ball.

9.

19:10

First corner kick for the SVE. It is executed briefly and the ball lands at Schnellbacher over several stations. His shot from a central position and about twelve meters is blocked.

6.

19:05

The hosts got a little more out of the game in the first few minutes and put in a brave performance. After losing the ball, Torsten Ziegner’s team presses very high and wants to win the ball back within a few seconds.

3.

19:02

It starts right away! Both teams didn’t want to hide from the start and are determined to find their way forward.

18:59

The two teams enter the lawn. You can start in a few moments!

18:54

In the first leg, the current league leaders clearly prevailed 3-0. Mustafa gave SVE an early lead. Koffi and Suero put the lid on it late and clinched the well-deserved home win.

18:49

SVE coach Steffen makes four changes to the starting lineup after the defeat against Aue. Antonitsch, Dürholtz, Schnellbacher and Koffi replace Correia, Sahin, Rochelt and Mustafa.

18:42

On the Duisburg side we see three changes in the starting XI compared to the game against SV Wehen Wiesbaden. Senger, Kölle and Bakalorz start for Kwadwo, Knoll and Girth.

18:38

Seven games without a win – MSV Duisburg shared the points in the 1-1 draw against SV Wehen Wiesbaden on the last match day and still has to fight to stay up in the league. Currently, the seven-point lead over the first relegation zone is quite comfortable. With a home win, the zebras would increase their lead to ten points. Then the relegation would be as good as certain.

18:26

Does SV Elversberg falter again? Two defeats in Osnabrück (0:1) and against Aue (0:1) recently reduced the lead of the leaders. Horst Steffen’s team is currently three points ahead of the second from Wehen. With a threesome in this catch-up game, the Saarlanders want to expand the cushion.

18:07

Hello and welcome to the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena for the catch-up game of the 30th matchday of the 3rd division and the game between MSV Duisburg and SV Elversberg. It starts at 7 p.m.!
