Again it’s Coman who causes danger! On the left of the box, the Frenchman breaks away with speed and gives sharply inside. Sané would have been ready to shoot at the second post, but Dahmen got his hands on it and decisively changed the trajectory of the cross.
63
18:52
Kimmich’s corners don’t fly straight into the goalkeeper’s arms like they did recently, but they still don’t land on the teammate.
61
18:51
What else do guests have to offer? Augsburg is doing a decent away game here, but they can’t really put the record champions under pressure. Will Enrico Maassen increase the risk again soon?
58
18:47
But now the Bavarians are almost creating excitement themselves! Upamecano’s back pass is not played well and Ulreich has to risk life and limb to get the ball ahead of Berisha.
57
18:46
Munich pulls the reins back a bit. A third goal would probably mean the decision here and that’s what the home side are after, of course.
56
18:45
Yellow card for Elvis Rexhbeçaj (FC Augsburg)
Rexhbeçaj is caught off guard by Sané in midfield and then resorts to a tactical foul.
53
18:43
Now Leroy Sané pulls up from midfield and then hits a hook in front of the box to put leather on the strong left. His shot from 19 meters then goes surprisingly far to the left of the goal.
52
18:42
Augsburg also played happily in this second round. Mërgim Berisha is staged at the penalty spot, but is then worked on by three Munich players and ultimately caught.
49
18:39
Kingsley Coman is Bayern’s most conspicuous offensive player today and is now serving Harry Kane with a fine pass. The Englishman remains stable in the running duel with Felix Uduokhai and wants to put the ball up from the left from an acute angle into the near corner, but aims a tad too high.
47
18:38
Munich comes straight away with speed over Coman, who loosens up in his own half and throws on the turbo. His pass in front of the penalty area is actually intended for Davies, who started on the left, but Kimmich stands in the way.
46
18:35
With well-tried personnel it goes into the second round.

Kick-off 2nd half

18:22
Mid-term conclusion:
FC Bayern lead 2-0 against FC Augsburg in the first home game of the season! In a first half with few highlights, two unfortunate actions by the guests from Augsburg helped FCB score. First, Uduokhai unluckily scored into his own goal after keeper Dahmen had previously made a strong save against Sané. A little later, Dorsch got the ball on the arm while standing on the penalty area line and Harry Kane was able to increase it with a hand penalty. For FCA, the interim result is quite bitter, because the Fuggerstädter held up well for long stretches, gave little and courageously played forward themselves. However, the guests did not book any good chances either. Only Demirović had a promising finish and made a clear miss. Bayern seemed sluggish and unimaginative in the first 45 minutes, but are now clearly on course. See you soon!

End of 1st half
45+2
18:17
The guests come down the left lane and hit another good cross into the box. Mërgim Berisha gets through the air but doesn’t get his header on target.
45+1
18:17
There are three minutes on top of that. Augsburg rears up again.
45
18:15
Official injury time (minutes): 3
44
18:15
The hosts are now even more enthusiastic about the game in the last few minutes and keep the FCA defense busy almost all the time. Ruben Vargas clears after a Kimmich through ball for Davies at the last second.
41
18:13
The 2:0 does not really correspond to the course of the game, especially since both goals were lucky in the creation. Of course, that hardly bothers anyone in the Allianz Arena.
40
18:10

Tooor for Bayern Munich, 2-0 by Harry Kane
Of course, Harry Kane takes charge in his home debut. The Englishman waits a few more seconds after the release, then runs up and hits the leather high in the middle. Finn Dahmen was on the side and has no chance.
38
18:10
After a while, the VAR turns on and referee Siebert goes to the monitor. The thing is clear: the hand was far away from the body and Dorsch was standing on the line. Penalty!
37
18:09
Mazraoui opened strongly from the right and the ball came to Kimmich via Gnabry and Sané. He pulls from 19 meters and hits Dorsch, who is standing on the penalty area line, on his outstretched arm. Bayern demand a penalty immediately!
35
18:07
The guests are hardly shocked by the unfortunate goal and continue to play constructively forward. The next cross flies from the left into the Munich penalty area and Dayot Upamecano resolutely clears with a header.
32
18:02

Tooor for Bayern Munich, 1-0 through Felix Uduokhai (own goal)
A slapstick own goal puts Bayern in the lead! Gnabry has a good idea and sends Sané steeply into the box on the right. The 27-year-old goes to the pentagon and then finishes flat. Finn Dahmen makes a strong parry and maneuvers the ball in front of Felix Uduokhai’s feet. He has no time to react and stumbles the thing on his own post and from there just behind the line. His attempt at clarification comes too late.
31
18:02
After half an hour, the goalless draw is perfectly fine. FC Augsburg does it very well and offers little to sluggish Munich residents. The FCB is looking for the rhythm and can only rarely build up pressure.
29
17:59
At the other end, Goretzka unleashes a powerful shot from behind, which Dahmen deflects to a corner. This again brings no danger at all.
27
17:58
Good chance for Augsburg! The Fuggerstadt team win two duels in midfield, then make it quick and get Demirović into a duel with Mazraoui. The Augsburger prevails on the right in the penalty area and pulls from an acute angle, but misses the long corner quite clearly.
25
17:55
Kimmich and Goretzka open deep in the half with a strong one-two under pressure and Munich attack the FCA defense with five at full speed. In the end, however, they play it much too awkwardly and there is no conclusion.
23
17:54
In the meantime, Bayern have felt like they have shifted down a gear and are currently acting quite haphazardly and without pressure. Overall, very little happens on the pitch.
20
17:51
The FCA have found their way into the game quite well in the meantime, cannot be pushed back and keep putting pinpricks themselves.
18
17:49
Now the guests get their first corner kick. It is executed briefly and then played to Niklas Dorsch, who is lurking in the back room. His weak long-range shot is immediately blocked.
16
17:47
Serge Gnabry tries it from a distance, but chases the ball well over the box from a good 20 meters.
13.
17:43
Leroy Sané is then allowed to take the first corner kick from the right and it becomes dangerous. Directly in front of keeper Finn Dahmen, Serge Gnabry and Dayot Upamecano fly just under the ball.
12.
17:42
So far, FCB has tried a lot through the middle and is always looking for Kane or Gnabry there. After all, the latter gets the next corner kick out. Kimmich’s second attempt does not end up with the teammate either.
10
17:39
The guests also go up front and actually conquer the ball right away. Elvis Rexhbeçaj pulls powerfully from 25 meters, but is immediately blocked.
8th.
17:38
Slowly but surely, Bayern’s game is becoming more structured and purposeful. The hosts are now attacking more intensively and hardly let FCA get out of their own half.
6.
17:36
Joshua Kimmich’s weak standards have been a frequent topic at FCB lately. Even today, however, the captain takes the ball to the first corner and hits it on the first post, where Augsburg easily clears.
5.
17:35
The second deep ball for Davies, who started from the left, is better and the Canadian can throw in from the baseline. The hosts clear things up on the 911 before things get dangerous.
3.
17:34
The game starts relatively broken. Munich is still looking for security in the game. A first ball behind the Augsburger chain in the direction of Gnabry is clearly too long.
1.
17:30
The ball rolls! Bayern play in red and white, Augsburg in green. Matching Harry Kane’s first home game, the weather is English in Munich today and it’s raining in the Allianz Arena.
17:20
Referee of the game is Daniel Siebert. Christof Günsch and Frederick Assmuth are assisting on the sidelines and Sören Storks is responsible for the video evidence.
17:13
Another quick look at the line-ups: Serge Gnabry is back in the starting lineup at Bayern, replacing the injured Jamal Musiala (not in the squad). Augsburg starts with the same eleven as in the 4: 4 against Gladbach.
17:12
FCA coach Maassen was quite optimistic in advance. After all, he and his team celebrated a 1-0 win against Bayern early in the season last year. “Munich is a tough nut to crack, you can really get the bell there – or create a surprise. We want to play our game and get on their backs, want to be annoying. Then there’s something to get,” said the coach of the guests .
17:02
For Thomas Tuchel, the main thing during this time is to finally get consistently good performances with his Bavarians. “We definitely want to reduce the ups and downs, both in the game and between games. We have to bring in stability in a positive sense so that the swings are significantly smaller,” said the 49-year-old, who is expecting a brave opponent. “The Augsburgers have changed their style a bit, they place more value on passing. We expect a lot of forechecking,” said Tuchel. His team has “a few solutions” ready for this.
4:50 p.m
The guests from Augsburg had a rather bumpy start to the season. In the cup, the Fuggerstadt team were surprisingly eliminated 2-0 at third division Unterhaching, and on the first day of play FCA did not get better than 4-4 at home against Borussia Mönchengladbach. Although Augsburg fought back impressively after being 3-1 down, they gave up the win deep in injury time. So Enrico Maassen’s team is still waiting for their first competitive win this season.
16:32
After the 0: 3 against Leipzig in the Supercup and the subsequent irritating interview by Thomas Tuchel, Bayern was again in a mood of crisis. The record champions eliminated that at the start of the league and shot out a sovereign 4-0 at Werder Bremen. New signing Harry Kane worked right away in his starting eleven debut with an assist and a goal and the sun is already shining again on Säbener Straße. Anything but another win against the Bavarian rivals Augsburg is hard to imagine in Munich.
4:30 p.m
Hello and welcome to the second part of this Bundesliga Sunday! FC Bayern Munich meets FC Augsburg at the end of the second matchday.
