Stage III awaits!

This means that Stage II in season seven is history again. All seven athletes put in tremendous performances and hit the buzzer. None of the obstacles caused the ninjas major problems, even if the invisible ladder has already screwed on the reserves of strength. How much, we’ll see in a few minutes when all seven dare to stage III. See you soon!

Seven out of seven!

Last, but not least: Philipp Göthert! The 21-year-old can hang well and for a long time and therefore favors Stage III, as there will no longer be a time limit there. But first he has to complete the five obstacles in less than two minutes and 30 seconds. He had a torn biceps muscle and a finger injury in preparation, but neither of these injuries shows on the course. With the invisible ladder in the chimney, he starts to oscillate a bit and has to use a lot of strength to compensate for this. Nevertheless, he pulls through and also presses the buzzer. This means that all athletes move into Stage III.

Lukas Kilian finishes with a good flow

And then there were six

Will the sixth ninja of the evening also go to Stage III? Lukas Kilian definitely has what it takes to do the same. “Clucky Luke” doesn’t hesitate and sprints into the course. He quickly gets over the first three obstacles and then takes the first break before the Hangel-Mikado goes. In front of the invisible ladder, there is one last blow before he, too, goes up the invisible ladder with a good flow and presses the buzzer. We already have six starters in Stage III!

Continue on the road to success

Marvin Mitterhuber is next! He masters chaos cones, corkscrews and falling boards before briefly shaking his arms in front of the Hangel Mikado. In previous seasons, the Mikado was often used as a knock-out obstacle, but it has yet to put an athlete in the water. Marvin also stays dry, breathes deeply in front of the invisible ladder and then finds his rhythm really well. He also hits the buzzer and so far we’ve taken all the ninjas we’ve seen into the third final stage.

Loosely fluffy to the buzzer

Moritz Hans is next in line. He was able to get a taste of the air on Mount Midoriyama last year and should be one of the tight favorites again this year. He’s doing the same as his competitors before and is also doing really well through the first obstacles. Chaos skittles, corkscrews and the falling boards don’t seem to pose a big challenge for him, and the 26-year-old is also easily fluffy in the Hangel-Mikado. Only the invisible ladder is waiting on the way to the buzzer. Can he shine here too? He only loses his rhythm a bit and otherwise looks fine. Tonight’s number four also hits the buzzer and is on.

20:34

Max the rocket!

Max Görner also flies through Stage II and has no problems with any of the obstacles. Sladi and Jona blew through in front of the invisible ladder, but Max is in full flow. He grabs the rings and walks up the chimney like it’s nothing. It looked like the obstacles were made for him. With 22 seconds on the clock, the 19-year-old currently has the best time.

20:27

Sladi also books Stage III

Sladi completed Stage I with the fastest time and is one of the hottest candidates for the Ninja Warrior Germany title. What can he deliver now in Stage II? It goes through the chaos cones for him without great difficulty and the experienced NInja has no problems with the corkscrews either. He takes a deep breath in front of the falling boards before he also delivers this obstacle easily and sprints through the Hangel-Mikado. Shake out your arms in front of the invisible ladder and gather all your strength again. Because that will cost grains again. But Sladi doesn’t let himself be disturbed here either and with 21 seconds left on the clock he books the place in Stage III as the second ninja.

Strong start!

A newcomer makes the start: Jona Schöne is the first ninja to face the five obstacles of Stage II this evening. Let’s go! The chaos skittles are no problem at all and he also does well with the corkscrews. The falling boards are a new obstacle, which he also masters effortlessly. There is still plenty of time. He slips a little in the Hangel-Mikado, but arrives on the mat. At the end, an obstacle from the first season awaits. At the invisible ladder, Jona slowly runs out of strength, but he fights through and hits the buzzer with eleven seconds remaining. What a strong start!

20:05

The course of the second stage

In the second stage, a total of five obstacles have to be overcome within 2:30 minutes. It starts with the chaos skittles, before the athletes then have to take on the corkscrew and the falling boards. Then it goes over the Hangel-Mikado to the last obstacle: the invisible ladder.

19:58

Who is still in the running?

The strong debutants are represented in the final by Jona Schöne from Meissen. In addition to him, Sladjan Djulabic, Max Görner, Lukas Kilian, Moritz Hans, Marvin Mitterhuber and Philipp Göthert reached the buzzer in Stage I and should continue to compete with the course.

Warm welcome!

Good evening and welcome to the grand finale of Ninja Warrior Germany Season 7! After seven athletes made it through Stage I last week, they continue today with Stage II in the final. Whoever gets through here goes to the third stage. Then the new Mount Midoriyama awaits, which offers an even greater challenge than last year. If one conquers the mount, he will succeed the first Ninja Warrior Germany from 2021, René Casselly. He will not be able to defend his title after being kicked out in the tough Stage I of the final. It starts at 8:15 p.m.!
