Feyenoord starts for the third game in a row with the same eleven players. AZ – Heracles Almelo 2-1
AZ increased the pressure on number 3 Feyenoord by beating Heracles Almelo 2-1 at home. Tijjani Reijnders and Vangelis Pavlidis provided the Alkmaar goals, Nikolai Laursen equalized in between with an excellent header.
NEC – RKC Waalwijk 1-1
The kick-off of Saturday was in Nijmegen, where NEC and RKC Waalwijk were both able to add a point: 1-1. Jonathan Okita canceled Richard van der Venne’s opening goal shortly before the end.

PEC Zwolle – FC Groningen
The football Sunday was kicked off with the duel between PEC and Groningen. Hekkensluiter PEC Zwolle is still unbeaten in the Eredivisie this calendar year. At home, the team of trainer Dick Schreuder played a draw against FC Groningen (1-1) thanks to a late goal by defender Yuta Nakayama.
PSV – SC Heerenveen
SC Heerenveen is often seen as a fear gegner of PSV in Friesland and it also regularly achieves a result in Eindhoven. That is invariably a draw, because the last win in the Philips Stadium dates from 2009. Such a result is not obvious at the moment. The Frisians are currently errant in the Eredivisie. The last goal in the Eredivisie is now from two months ago, when Henk Veerman won the Frisian derby against Cambuur. PSV is in much better shape, although the midweek win against Maccabi Tel Aviv was not very convincing.
