An emergency order will be in force in the center of The Hague on Tuesday. The municipality writes that Tuesday morning on Twitter. The order was issued “due to serious fears of disruption of public order and security on Budget Day”.
The measure seems to have been taken mainly out of fear of the arrival of protesting farmers. In the message, the municipality says that farmers who want to demonstrate with tractors in the city will be sent back and “directed elsewhere from the city boundary if necessary.”
