The Amsterdam stock exchange is open 0.2 percent lower. Initially, the Amsterdam main degree meter seemed to meet a slightly higher opening, but investors seem to be a bit more nervous now that the deadline for negotiations with the US is approaching import duties. Shell is dangling in the AEX at the bottom after a quarterly update this morning.
