The Red Hot Chili Peppers have released another single, “Not the One”, from their new album Unlimited Love.

Not the One describes the feeling of trying to live up to the expectations of others. “I’m not the one you thought you knew/ I do most anything to make you think that I’m the one/ I do it all to get to you,” sings Anthony Kiedis over melancholic piano sounds and electro waves. “I’m not who you thought you knew. I’ll do almost anything to make you think that. I’m the one, I’ll do anything to get to you.”

Here you can hear the new song in the stream:

Unlimited Love, out April 1, is RHCP’s first album since 2006 to feature guitarist John Frusciante. The two singles “Poster Child” and “Black Summer” from the new album have already been released.

The band also plans to embark on an extensive stadium tour this summer. Supporting acts are expected to include The Strokes, Beck, St. Vincent, HAIM, A$AP Rocky, Anderson .Paak, Thundercat, and King Princess. The tour will also take her to Germany for two concerts in Hamburg and Cologne.
