On July 3rd and 4th, Till Lindemann will perform in front of the Völkerschlachtdenkmal in Leipzig. In addition to Ministry as a support act, the Rammstein singer presents two completely different set lists on both evenings as a solo artist.

Lindemann has published a sitemap for the concert at a historic siteso that visitors can easily find their way around.

At 91 meters high, the Battle of the Nations Monument in the southeast of Leipzig is the largest monument in Europe and one of the city’s most famous landmarks, but it is easy to lose orientation on the large site.

Terrain and capacity

Depending on the stage structure and security concept, between 10,000 and 15,000 spectators can accommodate concerts directly on the outdoor area (in front of the monument and around the large water basin).

Areas and ticketing

Everything is shown on its website: toilet facilities, food stands and the various areas for concert goers – the Golden Circle Area, i.e. the “premium area”, as well as two different “standing area” areas for fans with a smaller budget. The “Golden Stage” in the middle of the Golden Circle shows that Lindemann will not only be performing part of the set on the main stage. The Golden Circle is sold out on both days; Standing places are still available for around 100 euros.

Directions and entry

There are two entrances to the concert area: Friedhofsweg and Prager Straße.

Age requirements

The concerts are not suitable for young people. When purchasing tickets, it is noted on the Till Lindemann page: “Under 18s are not allowed to attend the event. We recommend bringing proof of age with you in any case.” So young people shouldn’t even try to get into it.
