Already on September 15th a appeared on the LEAGUE OF LEGENDS YouTube channel Video, which introduces rapper and singer Lil Nas X as the new “President of League of Legends”. He therefore describes himself as “Lil Nas Xecutive” and wants to turn the entire company upside down. A new song of his was also teased in the video. Also released on the LEAGUE OF LEGENDS channel on September 22nd, the song “STAR WALKIN`” is set to serve as the anthem for this year’s “League of Legends Worlds Tournament” (Worlds for short).
The animated music video for “STAR WALKIN`” features many different people from all over the world, but four protagonists in particular are introduced. These four “summon” their respective champions with rings and gather for a fight. Before the first blow falls, there is a cut and all the protagonists can be seen again. In addition to Lil Nas X standing in the center representing the fifth team member.
In the game “League of Legends” or “LoL” you can get together in teams of three to five players and choose from over 140 different champions.
Storyline of the announcement video
The September 15 announcement video is as entertaining as the music video itself, with a few jokes and Lil Nas X references. The Atlanta star opens with the following words:

Then comes the pun on Lil Nas Xecutive. The first instruction we see from the new president is to create a “skin” (design of a character) that is completely nude except for a few pixels over the genitals. The rapper says, “This will be the best-selling skin ever,” and his assistant agrees, “Best idea I’ve ever heard.” A nod to his song/music video for INDUSTRY BABY, starring Jack Harlow, which has had over 380 million views on YouTube.
Also, on his desk there is the same ring with the inscription “WORLDS”, like him the protagonists in the music video “STAR WALK INwear.
