‘Lil Kleine unsuitable as a father’

Bridget Maasland has seen the docuseries about the life of Jorik Scholten (Lil Kleine) and was very shocked by it. “Jaimie Vaes and he are completely unsuitable as parents.”

It is incredible what happens in that documentary series about Jorik Scholten’s life, says his critic Bridget Maasland. The presenter of RTL Boulevard is harsh in her assessment: she believes that the rapper completely disqualifies himself as a father and, like Patty Brard, is clearly worried about his son Lío.

Totally unsuitable

Bridget can’t believe it all. “If you bring a child into the world and show him in a documentary – even though he is blurred – and talk about him, even as a mother… I think that these two people are completely unsuitable to bring a child into the world. put,” she says The BLVD Podcast.

She continues: “That’s just what happened, make the best of it, but don’t exploit that again in a documentary or whatever way they’re going to come out with it, because it was just painful. to see. I don’t understand why someone doesn’t intervene.”

‘Really very bad’

How does Bridget think Jorik gets off in that docuseries? “He comes off very badly, really badly. It is also about the fact that he has not drunk for six months and has been in therapy and no longer uses. After a year he can see his child again and you see him with an au pair on the beach… And the first thing he does is drink a beer.”

Incredible, she thinks. “He does that on the beach while your child is playing with the au pair 100 meters away. And then you tell a friend that you are definitely going to take another pill and do drugs again, because you are still young. He’s 29, he’s not that young anymore. So it doesn’t end here…”

Full of addiction

Jorik is still a junkie, Bridget thinks. “This sounds to me, and I have had quite a bit of experience with it around me and also seen it up close, this sounds like someone who is still deeply addicted.”

She concludes: “He tries to make it up to his child by giving him lots of gifts, putting him down among the gifts and then going under the extractor hood to smoke a cigarette and saying: ‘Take your pick, boy, what you want. .’ That’s not what a child needs. And that doesn’t sound like someone who understands what he’s doing…
