The Düsseldorf Streetwear brand Lfdy is getting together with Schott NYC.
Together with the US cult brand, LFDY designed two varsity jackets, as the label announced on Friday. The models are both a tribute to classic US college aesthetics and a reminiscence to the beginnings of LFDY.
The two designs-one in black with black leather sleeves and one in royal blue with white leather sleeves-were created during a visit to the European Schott headquarters in Paris. Both models are decorated with chenille patches and artistic chainstitch embroidery that are reminiscent of classic college jackets. A specially developed cut ensures a modern silhouette that connects streetwear elements with a touch of vintage, says Lfdy.
The collaboration between Schott NYC and Lfdy was realized in cooperation with the agency Fashion Factory responsible for Schott in Germany. From March 8, the LFDY X Schott Varsity Jacken will be available both online and in the LFdy stores in Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Munich and London.
