Wagner wins with FCA in Freiburg
Surprises at the start: Lone Leverkusen and VfB

The new season starts with several unexpected results. Leverkusen and Stuttgart make a false start – unlike FC Augsburg.
Bayer 04 Leverkusen has received a sensitive home defeat at the Bundesliga debut of coach Erik Ten HAG. On the 1st matchday of the new season, the runner -up of TSG Hoffenheim lost 1-2 (1: 1).
