Lesley-Ann Poppe escapes bankruptcy: creditors must pay legal costs themselves

Painful defeat for a group of creditors of Lesley-Ann Poppe (46): the company court has rejected their demand to declare her company La Poppe BV bankrupt. In fact, the fourteen plaintiffs now have to pay the legal costs of the case they filed themselves.
