Leonel, What are the characteristics of your Hard Rock Hotels An All-Inclusive Experience?

We are a Mexican group with 45 years of experience in the market. Being pioneers in the destination of Cancun, in turn being the first to have All Inclusive services.

We started working 10 years ago with the Hard Rock International brand, we made an association. There we built the first Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. From there we expanded to Rivera Maya, Cancun, Vallarta and Cabos.

At Hard Rock Hotels in each of the five hotels they have the basic infrastructure, which is music.

Punta Cana is the largest hotel in the group, in which we have 1,800 rooms, 13 completely renovated pools, restaurants and Casinos, concluding the work in the second half of 2022.

In addition, there we have 800 meters of beachfront, which allows us to have two environments. 500 meters of fully air-conditioned lobby, where there is a pizzeria, bowling alley, Swarovski Stores, Montblanc Stores, ours Rock Shop, the Oro nightclub, an ice cream parlor, a wine shop for wine tasting, a pastry shop, 15 consumption centers and a golf course.

The Las Vegas level Casino is the largest in the Dominican Republic. It is located 20 minutes from the airport, so it has very convenient access.

On the other hand, in Cancun we are located in the hotel zone and with public transport you can go to the center of the city. While the Hard Rock Rivera Maya is 25 minutes from downtown.

What styles do your hotels have?

The hotels are Diamond Category. We have the certification Leading Hotels of the World for UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.

At the architectural level, by brand, each of them maintains its style.

The types of restaurants we run are standard. For example, Nobu has his restaurant with his own personal brand that only exists there.

We have trained employees in each area, with knowledge of different languages ​​so that people from all over the world can come and we can provide them with optimal care, covering all their needs.

Do your Argentine clients have a tendency towards a specific hotel?

50% of Argentines who go to our hotels do so in Punta Cana.

We work with strong campaigns so that the Argentine sees us as a brand present in the day to day and that they are heard.
