Leader Volendam narrowly wins, debutant Venema gives VVV victory in Doetinchem

Leader FC Volendam managed to win the home game against fellow provincial Telstar in the Kitchen Champion Division on Sunday, despite an early deficit. Wim Jonk’s team was 2-1 too strong for Andries Jonker’s formation. VVV-Venlo won 1-2 at De Graafschap thanks to a goal from debuting Nick Venema.
