NBA star Lauri Markkanen scored 25 points when the Utah Jazz he represented narrowly lost to the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA round of the night.
Markkanen was the Jazz’s best scorer. He received praise from NBA TV’s expert during the break From Steve Smith.
– He has incredible talent for 213 centimeters. I love that he affects the game at all three different levels, Smith praised.
Smith’s eye was especially convinced by Markkanen’s triples. The Finn succeeded in four of his eight attempts from the three-point line.
– That jump throw is beautiful to watch!

Even if Markkas is guarded for threes, Smith sees Markkanen being able to drive well under the basket with the ball.
Smith has liked Markkanen in the game especially because he has improved his fighting play under the basket.
Markkanen’s Jazz had a 15-point lead against Portland, but in the last quarter the lead melted in Portland’s favor 122–120. The Jazz are currently second to last in the Western Conference.
