A group of 1000 to 1500 refugees will spend the winter at the Walibi Holland event site. The COA (Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers) will set up units here for six months. ‘We have the space in Dronten. If we have to share this space for the greater good, then it feels self-evident for this council’, reports Mayor Jean Paul Gebben.
