Lana Del Rey attended Neil Young’s Harvest Moon benefit concert in Lake Hughes on Saturday (October 25) and opened her performance with a rendition of his dark classic “The Needle And The Damage Done.”

“I thought we’d start with a little Neil,” Del Rey told the audience as she took the stage at the Painted Turtle Summer Camp in Lake Hughes, California.

She then played a faithful and rousing version of the “Harvest” classic with her band.
Del Rey also sang her own songs “Arcadia,” “Video Games,” “Summertime Sadness,” and “Norman Fucking Rockwell,” as well as “Let the Light In” solo for the first time.

Lana del Rey: New album postponed to 2026

Saturday’s performance was Del Rey’s last scheduled gig of 2025 – and even the last performance of her current tour. But we know from the past that the 40-year-old also likes to give spontaneous concerts.

Del Rey announced some time ago that her new, more country music-inspired album has been pushed back to 2026.

Beck, John Mayer and of course Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts also performed at this year’s “Harvest Moon” concert. The proceeds from the concert will go to Painted Turtle which provides a summer camp experience for children with serious health problems, as well as the Bridge School, founded by Young, which teaches children with severe speech and physical disabilities.
