Stefano Mancuso, born in 1965it’s a Italian neuroscientist and essayist world famous. He teaches at the University of Florence a fascinating subject: general arboriculture and plant ethology. In 2005 he founded the International Neurobiology Laboratory vegetable to study at 360 degrees the behavior of plants.
