Kymiring has been sold – Here are the buyers

The Hungarians invested in Kymiring.

Kymiring’s buyer saga has finally ended. The motor track will be taken over by the Hungarian ownership group led by TRP Hungary.

A new company, Finland Motorsport Circuit Holding Oy, was founded to run Kymiring. Its executive director was named Colonel Öry. The CEO of TRP Hungary, on the other hand, is Tamas Öry.

The members of the investor consortium are reported Alex Rabb, Balazs Kerek mixed Mika Wilska.

Kerek’s name has not been mentioned in connection with the sale before. He is the owner of the Hungarian company Raorg TransLog.

Rabb is a private investor. Wilska manages several business incubator projects in Germany. He comes from near Kouvola.

Kymiring went bankrupt last spring.

Kouvola Sanomat reported in October that Kymiring had been sold, but after that there were some twists and turns. In December Etelä Suomen Sanomat said that Kymiring has not been sold. The negotiations were still in progress.

Now TRP Hungary itself informs about the stores.
